As part of a large Leadership Development Programme for transformational change we worked closely with their inspirational HR leader to help her embed her vision for the organisation.
We delivered Insights Discovery 1:1 coaching for the Top 40 managers ranging from the COO to his direct reports, followed by group coaching days for the next level 250 general and performance managers in the organisation. As this was a very challenging programme for the organisation, which is heavily unionised and has a historical resistance to change, this provided the perfect platform to help change a mind-set and introduced self-awareness at a gentle but effective level.
