Biddy Lloyd Jones

Biddy is a highly experienced People Consultant with 20 years in the field.
She is a qualified Insights Discovery practitioner, NLP business practitioner, Reality-Based Learning Self-Esteem Mentor, Power of Connection Coach, and Leading and Developing High Performance Trainer. Her expertise spans corporate training, leadership and management development, coaching, change management, and internal communications.

Biddy works closely with Directors and MDs, acting as a trusted coach and strategic sounding board, providing innovative solutions and practical insights. She collaborates with large businesses on Learning & Development and Change Management and supports smaller businesses with People Plans and HR consultancy. Her passion lies in enhancing business success through leadership effectiveness, coaching individuals and teams to drive future growth.

One of her standout achievements includes designing and delivering the award-winning corporate training programme, Every Second Counts, for London Underground, which won the People Development Innovation Prize at the 2007 Railway Industry Awards. She was also recognized in the Who’s Who of Successful Business Leaders (2010).

With a background in finance, administration, and operations across diverse industries—including boating, IT, sports marketing, event management, recruitment, and charity work—she brings a wealth of expertise to her role.

At Progrezo, Cathy successfully oversees all training projects with diligence and exceptional organizational skills. She ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client ROI expectations, applying Prince2 methodology throughout.

Sahera Chohan

Katya Langmuur PhD

An award-winning facilitator and ICF-accredited coach, Katya has designed and delivered thousands of workshops, keynotes, and coaching sessions—virtually and in person—across industries and continents. She works with individuals from early career to C-Suite level.

Her distinctive approach is shaped by an unusual career path. Formerly a professional opera singer, she later spent nearly two decades as an academic, therapist, coach, and facilitator. With an MA in phenomenology and a PhD in leadership studies, Katya brings a rich, research-informed perspective to human development. Her areas of expertise include leadership, team dynamics, change, ethics, allyship, cross-cultural collaboration, and mindfulness as a tool for wellbeing and creativity. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, recognized for her professional contribution.

Alongside her consulting work, Katya spent 17 years with a central London NHS therapeutic team in HIV+ care, running community, palliative, and addiction clinics. This experience profoundly shaped her understanding of resilience, wellbeing, and the power of allyship. Her work continues to be motivated by a strong commitment to equity and social justice.

Outside of Work
Katya enjoys off-the-beaten-track travel with her partner and two young sons. At home, she reads dark historical memoirs, sings in a chamber choir, laughs often, and actively supports wildlife conservation—especially as a local hedgehog advocate.

Keith Maynard

Born into a family of vicars there was more than a little surprise when Keith choose Drama School over theology at Cambridge. 3 years later and he was already nurturing his love of travel through touring up and down the UK with Cragrats Theatre before a chance meeting in a freezing cold Yorkshire green room was to change his life forever.

Two months later in March 2000 he walked on-board his first cruise ship the MS Sundream in Southampton and embarked on a career that literally take him round the world… Several times!
After six fantastic years as as a cruise director for Thomson Cruises, in 2010 he was asked to join Cunard and served as the Entertainment Director on all three current Queens,the highlight of which was interviewing the late, great Sir David Frost.

Since 2013 Keith has been busy pursuing his career on dry land presenting the Planet Cruise TV Show since 2013 and occasionally moonlighting to advertise Diets and Heartburn meds…he’s also just booked his first cruise as a holiday so just like his family he practises what he preaches!

Nina Lovatt

Nina brings hands-on experience from her previous roles in senior management and marketing positions in the hotel, hospitality, publishing and IT sectors.  She has been a trainer and coach for over 10 years creating high impact, collaborative and motivational learning and coaching interventions.

Nina creates an environment where people are motivated to tap into their full potential and take ownership for their own development and success.  She recognises that profit is driven by people and adopts both a strategic and caring view with clients to develop learning interventions that deliver real business results.

Shirley Mitchell

Shirley has almost 20 years of experience across a broad range of industries. Her career began in Sales  where she excelled at B2B cold-calling, generating new business appointments.  So she knows what it is like at the Coalface! A larger part of her career has been spent in L & D where she has led large transformational change projects using teams of Associate Consultants. Shirley now devotes her time and energy into providing Executive coaching for senior leaders and is a passionate believer in the untapped potential of everyone.

She has worked in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and North America. Her approach focuses on driving business results in line with strategic priorities. She is constantly searching for self-improvement and has a reputation as something of a visionary.

Amanda Wilby-Le Pape

Amanda is an energetic facilitator and executive coach with 15 years’ experience in training, development, change management, coaching, project management and performance consulting working with Blue Chip corporate clients and private individuals in the UK and globally.

Chris Rochester

Chris has been a professional actor since 2008, and worked in Corporate since 2009.

Before he came to acting he worked in Social Housing for 13 years. He lives in Croydon and has two children. Chris loves Liverpool Football Club, music, history and life.

Simon Coleman

Simon has been working as an actor for over 20 years. During this time he has also built up an impressive CV of work as a role-player and facilitator. This experience is across a number of different business sectors and he has portrayed a wide variety of job positions. Sectors include construction; finance; retail; medical; communication; legal; charity; media; motor, mechanical and various public sectors bodies.

His diversity in role portrayal is quite breathtaking!  Ranging from bricklaying and carpentry to the director of risk for a global company. From a newly recruited police constable to a grieving patient. He has worked within research and marketing for many years and brings this corporate business experience to many role-play scenarios.

As an actor he has worked with some award winning directors, has appeared at the Royal National Theatre, several west end theatres and numerous tours across the country. Amongst other characters he has been both a serial killer and a police inspector in various film and television roles.  Having worked with some leading voice coaches, he has utilised this experience and learning and has written and delivered his own workshops in voice, presentation skills, and presence and gravitas.

As an Equity member actor who was formerly a senior manager at Royal Mail, Rosalind is very effective in corporate roles and has worked, amongst others, for KPMG, BT, London Underground, the NHS & The Ritz.  Seen on TV as Mr Daniel’s Housekeeper in Lynda La Plante’s “Above Suspicion”, witness Mrs Long in FIVE docudrama Jack The Ripper – The Definitive Story” and commercials; in low budget feature film “higher Education”; in many short, corporate & internet viral films; as talking portrait Mary Ann Craven in York’s Chocolate Story.
