Coach/Facilitator An award-winning facilitator and ICF-accredited coach, Katya has designed and delivered thousands of workshops, keynotes, and coaching sessions—virtually and in person—across industries and continents. She works with individuals from early career to C-Suite level.
Her distinctive approach is shaped by an unusual career path. Formerly a professional opera singer, she later spent nearly two decades as an academic, therapist, coach, and facilitator. With an MA in phenomenology and a PhD in leadership studies, Katya brings a rich, research-informed perspective to human development. Her areas of expertise include leadership, team dynamics, change, ethics, allyship, cross-cultural collaboration, and mindfulness as a tool for wellbeing and creativity. She is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts, recognized for her professional contribution.
Alongside her consulting work, Katya spent 17 years with a central London NHS therapeutic team in HIV+ care, running community, palliative, and addiction clinics. This experience profoundly shaped her understanding of resilience, wellbeing, and the power of allyship. Her work continues to be motivated by a strong commitment to equity and social justice.

Outside of Work
Katya enjoys off-the-beaten-track travel with her partner and two young sons. At home, she reads dark historical memoirs, sings in a chamber choir, laughs often, and actively supports wildlife conservation—especially as a local hedgehog advocate.
