The Insights Discovery Wheel
Your profile will identify where you are placed on the colour insight wheel and tells you whether you are a Reformer or a Director, a Motivator or an Inspirer, a Helper or Supporter or a Coordinator or an Observer. Each of these roles is essential to a business. It’s a misconception that you have to be a Director to be a Leader. There are CEOs and Managing Directors across the world who fit into all of the 8 categories and none are better than the other. Each of us has strengths and each of us has things to learn.
The Profile
You will receive a 25 frame evaluator to complete (available in 25 languages). It takes 10-15 minutes to fill out and will generate your unique profile. Each profile includes the Foundation Chapter and this can be extended through the supplementary chapters to support ongoing development in specific areas such as management and effective selling. Your profile is approximately 20 pages and will include:

Perceptions
It will help you understand your own personality, how you may come across to others and how your perceptions of yourself and others will colour your actions and reactions.
Each of us has qualities that, on a good day, look like the first set of adjectives described on the diagram below. But if we overplay those strengths, the adjectives on the second diagram may be used to describe us! Other’s perceptions of us are helpful and aid us in knowing when we are about to go too far.
