The Profile
It should not be used to screen or select candidates as the profile does not assess skills or capabilities but provides an excellent fast track way to get to know the candidate on a deeper personal level; understanding what their strengths are; where they may need development; how they could be managed more effectively and how they might integrate into the team.
Once a profile is generated the candidate will receive a full debrief session by our accredited practitioner. The Insights Discovery Profile and a detailed report will then be sent to the hiring manager, outlining the observations, perceived attitude and behaviours, strengths, blind spots, management tips and suggested further interview questions.
The purpose of this is to ensure the business not only knows how well the individual can perform on a ‘good’ day but can also be awake to how they might behave on a ‘bad’ day, understand what the triggers are for stress in the individual and learn how to manage them effectively to be able to support the new recruit to reach their full potential as quickly and effectively as possible.
