The Head of Internal Communications and Engagement at TfL requested our services to create a strong, common team culture to improve the overall team morale and performance.

  • Training for the management team to role model an agreed set levels behaviours and attitudes
  • Listening sessions to understand and identify the drivers and barriers to the team cohesion and gather feedback of the level of rational or emotional resistance to any change
  • An Insights team building day to improve communication, relationships and an understanding of each other in order to create a common theme culture, values and ethos
